These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and booking platforms. By accessing or using BMJ Luxury Mobility Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any booking or using our services.

1. General Overview

BMJ Luxury Mobility Solutions provides premium transportation, chauffeur, and mobility services.

Our operations are guided by professionalism, safety, and respect for every client.

These Terms apply to all users, individuals, families, corporate clients, and agents, engaging with BMJ in any capacity.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or verified agents.

A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received.

Clients will receive a booking confirmation message or email containing trip details.

BMJ reserves the right to refuse service if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

We encourage clients to book early to secure preferred vehicles and schedules.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, or verified digital platforms.

For corporate and B2B clients, invoices may be issued with agreed payment terms.

BMJ reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel changes, tolls, distance variations, or time extensions.

Full payment or a deposit must be made before service begins

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a refund (minus administrative fees).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full booking fee.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5\u20137 business days.

We value your time, and we ask the same courtesy in return.

5. Service Use & Conduct

Clients are expected to:

Treat BMJ staff and vehicles with respect.

Refrain from smoking, eating messy food, or damaging vehicle interiors.

Avoid illegal activities or carrying prohibited items.

Wear seatbelts at all times.

BMJ reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if safety rules are violated or if the client\u2019s behavior endangers others.

6. Delays & Liability

BMJ strives to ensure punctuality, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of vehicle breakdown or unavoidable disruption, a replacement vehicle or rescheduled trip will be arranged promptly.

BMJ is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Chauffeurs & Safety

All BMJ drivers are verified, trained, and insured professionals.

Clients may request specific chauffeurs (subject to availability).

BMJ prioritizes client safety, confidentiality, and comfort throughout every ride.

8. Shared & Family Services

For shared mobility and family packages:

BMJ ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable ride experience for all passengers.

Shared services require advance booking and may include slight route adjustments to accommodate others.

We bring people together, safely and smoothly.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy.

We only store and process data necessary to deliver and improve our services.

BMJ does not share or sell customer information to third parties without consent.

10. Insurance Statement

All BMJ vehicles and drivers are fully insured in accordance with Nigerian transport regulations.

Our insurance coverage includes passenger liability, third-party protection, and vehicle damage, ensuring clients’ safety and peace of mind during every ride.

Every journey is protected, from start to finish.

11. Indemnity Clause

Clients agree to indemnify and hold BMJ harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:

Misuse of our vehicles or services,

Violation of these Terms, or

Negligence not caused by BMJ or its representatives.

This clause protects BMJ, its employees, and affiliates from liability linked to client actions beyond our control.

12. Force Majeure

BMJ shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or service disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Strikes, riots, or civil unrest

Government actions or road closures

Epidemics or pandemics

Fuel shortages or transport restrictions

In such cases, BMJ will make every reasonable effort to resume services promptly.

13. Changes to These Terms

BMJ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

All updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be handled by competent courts within Nigeria.
